Our web development company, Kavcom Expert, has a strict refund policy in place to ensure that all of our clients are satisfied with the services we provide.

Our refund policy applies to all of our web development services, including website design and development, e-commerce development, and mobile app development.

If, for any reason, a client is not satisfied with the services provided, they may request a refund within 14 days of the completion of the project. We will review the request and, if it is determined that the services provided do not meet the client’s specifications or expectations, a refund may be issued.

Please note that refunds will not be issued for services that have been fully completed and delivered to the client, or for services that have been partially completed.

Also, if the client cancels the project before completion, and we have already invested time and resources, the client will be charged for the work completed till that point.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 days of the request. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used by the client.

It is important to note that our refund policy applies only to services provided by Kavcom Expert and does not cover any external costs or expenses incurred by the client, such as hosting or domain registration fees.

In case of any disputes or issues, the client may contact our customer support team for assistance. We will do our best to resolve any problems and ensure that our clients are satisfied with the services we provide.
