Vieworks Global
The challenge
What stood in the way
Vieworks Global has thirty years behind it and a client list most agencies would envy, with names like Johnson & Johnson and Microsoft trusting them for high-impact exhibits and displays. The work is premium, the reputation is earned, but the website did not carry that weight. It was dated, hard to navigate given how many services the company actually offers, and it did not communicate the range of what they do, from custom trade show booths and backlit fabric displays to digital and LED technology, retail design, event photography, and their trade show cashback app. For a company that sells visual impact for a living, the site needed to be a showcase in its own right. It also needed to hold together a genuinely large and layered service structure without overwhelming the visitor. This was not a small brochure site. It was a full company platform that had to look world class and actually function across dozens of pages.
How we approached it
The plan before we shipped
We treated this as a complete rebuild, not a facelift. With a company this established and a service catalog this deep, the first job was structure: figuring out how a visitor should move through exhibit design, digital technology, trade show solutions, and event services without getting lost. We started with the UI design so Miles and the team could see the direction and shape the look before any development began, which mattered given how much their brand lives on visual quality. Once the design was locked, we moved into building it properly on a custom foundation rather than forcing an off-the-shelf template to do things it was never meant to do. The priority throughout was a site that felt as considered and high-end as the exhibits Vieworks produces, and that could scale as they add services.
What we did
How we delivered
We designed the full user interface and experience for the new site, then developed the entire thing on WordPress with a custom theme built specifically for Vieworks rather than a stock template. We handled custom plugin development to support the functionality the site needed, and built out the integrations required to tie everything together, including the trade show cashback app and the various service and portfolio sections. We also took on content creation across the site, shaping the copy so each service area reads clearly and sells the work properly. The result is a single cohesive platform that organizes a large, complex offering into something clean, navigable, and genuinely reflective of a thirty-year brand.
What the client's team noticed
Inside the rollout
The new site finally looks like it belongs to a company that produces work for the world's top brands. Where the old site flattened everything, the revamped platform gives each part of the business room to breathe, so a visitor can actually understand the full scope of what Vieworks offers instead of guessing. The custom build means the site behaves the way the team wants rather than fighting a rigid template, and the structure holds up even with the sheer number of services and pages involved. Most importantly, the online presence now matches the quality of the physical work, which for a company that sells visual experiences is the whole point.

Inside the project
Client feedback
“"We have spent thirty years building a reputation with some of the biggest brands in the world, but our website never showed that. Kavcom redesigned and rebuilt the whole thing on a custom setup, organized a huge range of services into something that actually makes sense, and handled the details we did not have time for. The new site finally matches the quality of our work."”
