Edit long form YouTube videos end to end, from raw footage to a polished, ready to publish cut. You will handle pacing, storytelling, motion graphics, and clean audio. Strong English is a must so you can follow client direction and cut their content the way they intend.
We are looking for a Video Editor who can own long form YouTube edits from start to finish. You will take raw recordings and shape them into clean, engaging videos with sharp pacing, motion graphics, and polished audio. This is a hands on production role, so most of your day is spent in the timeline.
Edit long form YouTube videos from raw footage to final export
Cut for pacing and retention, trim dead air, tighten the story, and keep viewers watching
Create and add motion graphics, lower thirds, titles, callouts, and simple animated elements
Add b roll, stock footage, transitions, and on screen text where they strengthen the video
Do basic color correction and color grading for a consistent, professional look
Clean up and balance audio, remove noise, level dialogue, and sync music and sound effects
Follow client direction and brand guidelines so each video matches the intended style
Manage footage, project files, and exports in an organized way and hit delivery deadlines
Take feedback and turn around revisions quickly
2 to 3 years of professional video editing experience, ideally with long form YouTube content
Strong command of an editing suite (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro)
Motion graphics ability, After Effects experience is a strong plus
A solid eye for pacing, storytelling, and what keeps a YouTube audience watching
Good English, you can understand exactly what a client is asking for and edit accordingly
Comfortable with color correction and audio cleanup
Self motivated and organized, this is a remote role and you own your deadlines
A showreel or portfolio of long form YouTube videos you have edited
Experience with thumbnails, YouTube best practices, or content optimization
Familiarity with AI editing or workflow tools
